We can now see exactly what heart break looks, thanks to Fitbit — and Koby Soto’s former boyfriend.

Soto, a law student in Israel, typically uses his Fitbit to track his workouts, eating, and sleep cycles. Turns out, the wearable also tracked the exact moment Soto’s boyfriend broke up with him.

The 28-year-old thought the ‘intense’ relationship was going well, but during a phone call, his boyfriend said he was calling it quits.

Soto did what most of us have done — spent the rest of the day in a funk. It wasn’t until he was tossing and turning in bed that night trying to sleep, that he turned to his Fitbit app on a whim.

And there it was.

Even though the break up is still raw, Soto was geek enough to share it online; he thought maybe 20 people would see it when he posted it. “I definitely wasn’t expecting to break the Internet, I mean seriously, it’s everywhere.”

The upside? Countless people are encouraging Soto and sending good vibes his way.

It’s that guy’s loss, Koby!
