Tequila can be dangerous in the hands of a good bartender. “Bar Star” Stephen Halpin would definitely qualify as a risky bet with the Patron menu he’s crafted for June at NYLO’s rooftop SODA Bar. His cocktails taste smooth and refreshing, and he’s not very fussy about it, either.
Good Drinks Mean Trouble
The problem with a good drink is that it hits you after you’ve enjoyed it. If you like a smooth and refreshing cocktail, Halpin’s Cucumber Coconut Margarita could definitely spell trouble on the rocks.
Pretty With a Kick
Sure it’s hot outside, but up on the roof there’s a nice breeze. Why not add some bite to your beverage? If you prefer your summer sips with a touch of heat, try the Kicking Mule.
Spoiler Alert: There’s jalepeno in it.
No Flare Just Flavor
You won’t find a lot of flashy bartender techniques on this menu, just good solid flavors. We’re particularly excited to try The Recliner, a strong but sassy berry cocktail.
Express Yourself Cocktail
You might find that you Express Yourself a lot more after one or two of these exclusive cocktails that Stephen Halpin taught @RealDealDallas how to make. If she can do it, anyone can!
