DALLAS -- When it comes to smack talk, no one does it better than the WWE superstars. Tuesday the top smack talkers with WWE were at the American Airlines Center for a live show.
“It’s Smackdown Live! We’ve got the best roster in WWE and like I said, it's live, therefore anything can happen,” said WWE Superstar AJ Styles
The Smackdown live brand recently changed to a live format to keep pace with WWE’s more established show, Monday Night Raw.
“I see Smackdown as the underdog because Raw has been live for so long. Monday Night Raw, everybody knows exactly what it is and Smackdown being the little brother! Well, now Smackdown is live. Now we have the opportunity to show what we got and showcase our talent,” Styles said.
This is the first time the WWE has been back in the Big D since they took over North Texas for Wrestlemania 32 in Arlington.
“It was a huge experience for me. There was nothing like it in the world and to have it here and to set records here. I remember walking out on the stage and just seeing just heads everywhere, it was amazing.”
That amazing experience drew more than 100,000 fans from all over the world. Meanwhile back in Big D, Styles says what fans can expect is nothing less than phenomenal.
“I got one gear, you either get all or nothing from me and you`re not sure what kind of incredible match you`re going to see!”
