GARVIN COUNTY, Okla. -- Parts of Oklahoma look like a war zone following an outbreak of terrifying tornadoes that killed at least two people Monday afternoon.
We're talking at least 18 tornadoes in a matter of hours, according to CNN meteorologist Taylor Ward.
One death was confirmed in Wynnewood -- about an hour north of the Texas-Oklahoma border -- where a monster tornado touched down. Stormchasers captured it tossing around homes, barns and cars like they were toys. They believe this thing was at least a mile wide.
Another person died in Johnston County where neighborhoods are ripped to shreds.
To make matters worse, more bad weather is expected Wednesday across the Plains.
