MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Federal authorities have an ominous statement about ISIS terrorists: “We have a terror-recruiting problem.” Federal prosecutors say six Minneapolis men arrested over the weekend conspired to join ISIS by any means necessary. The FBI says a friend recorded their conversations, which revealed how ISIS fighter Abdi Nur recruited the others, ages 19 to 21, and helped them get money to leave the country.
