THE COLONY, TX - A teen fight took a wrong turn Wednesday night when a truck slammed into a house in The Colony.

"About 11:32, we heard a crash, looked out the bedroom window and saw the truck in our yard," homeowner Greg Gary explained.

It started with a fight at a local convenience store between two groups of teens.

"Some confrontation did go on, and after that there were some punches thrown," teen Jesus Rojas said. "About four or five people jumped out with bats and they started running to hit the car."

One group took off in a sedan, and a white pickup truck gave chase.

"The pickup truck ended up ramming the sedan from the rear three different times. And on the third time actually wrecked out, left the roadway, struck a tree, hit the house and actually rolled and ejected one individual," Lt. Darren Brockway with The Colony PD said.

Cops say the first carload of kids made a beeline to the safety of The Colony PD cop shop.

The guys in the truck that crashed into the house were taken to the hospital -- two with serious injuries. One of the suspects is now in police custody.

"My house can be repaired. These kids are gonna have to live with this for a long time."
