CAMBRIDGE, MA- Ever heard the saying, “Take a picture it’ll last longer?"

Well, now some researchers from Harvard University claim capturing those everyday moments not only lasts longer but it can also make you happy!

In the study, participants were asked to log their everyday experiences whether they felt they were memorable or forgettable.

A couple of months down the road when they were asked to reminisce on those mundane experiences that naturally slipped their minds-- they, surprisingly, found pleasure and happiness.

Ask yourself these questions:

Are you someone who's gone ghost on the gram?

Or that friend who's a bit camera shy?

Well if you answered yes, the study suggests you're not just depriving yourself of a few #TBT posts but, you might be missing out on future feelings.

So, forget later-grams, and post some pics ASAP! Because, #instastudy plus #instamemories equals #insta-happy !
