ARLINGTON — Who knew the world’s top golfer would also be a good pitcher? Yeah, Jordan Spieth traded in the fairway for the pitcher’s mound at Tuesday’s Rangers versus Mariners game as he threw out the first pitch!

Before the game’s first toss, golf’s good guy tweeted out his excitement saying he was bringing the heat.

And he did just that!

Hey, we’re just glad this honorary pitcher didn’t get a baseball to the face like Yankees pitcher Bryan Mitchell. He took a line drive to the face and suffered a broken nose.
