After years of dedication, training for hours on end, healthy eating, etc., what do Olympic athletes do once they lose?

If you’re Australian badminton star Sawan Serasinghe, you hit McDonald’s. “Now it’s time to eat some junk food after months of eating clean!” Sawan Serasinghe posted to Facebook and Instagram Saturday night after losing to China.

The meal included 40 Chicken McNuggets, 6 large fries, 2 McChicken sandwiches, 2 hamburgers, 1 Big Mac, 1 Quarter Pounder With Cheese, and 6 brownies.

Oh, and a smoothie and 1 bottle of water.

And get this: McDonald’s inside Rio’s Olympic Village is FREE for athletes. No wonder Serasinghe got so much! But the offer has been so popular, McDonald’s has asked athletes to limit their orders to 20 items per person. Still, though.

Rio marked the first ever Olympic appearance for Serasinghe and his six-pack, which we fear is now gone.

The 22-year-old and partner Matthew Chau lost their men’s doubles match Saturday to China’s Chia Hsin and Shen Mu Lee.

No word on what the guys from China had for dinner.
