BOZEMAN, MT – When it`s cold and messy outside, your first instinct is probably to camp out on the couch and start a good old fashioned Netflix marathon.

But how about you brave souls who want to relax outside where the weather`s frightful?

Your time has come. Leave the skis at home but bring your Yoga mat — or should we say your snowga mat? That`s right! frozen Yoga is now a thing.

The hashtag got started a couple of years ago and has really taken off. There doesn`t seem to be a temperature too cold to strike poses in; some classes have taken place in 5° temps.

In fact, winter sports equipment can be used to help out those who aren`t as limber — things like snowshoes and ski poles. (No word if making snow angels counts.)

Yep, Yoga has now assumed the same status as coffee: Some like it hot and some like it cold. Point is, you do have another option during the winter besides web or channel surfing. A chance to channel your inner peace while trying not to freeze your tail off.

Have at it, Yogis!
