RUSSIA – Russian youth sure aren’t messing around. Apparently in Russia, driving on the sidewalk to avoid traffic and putting pedestrians in danger is common, too common. So these guys with the “Stop a Dirt Bag” movement… well they don’t say dirt bag, they say something a little more feminine-hygiene related, but you get the idea – have vowed to do something about it. And their videos proving it have gone viral. The group body blocks drivers, forcing them back into traffic.
