CHINA — Here in America, when most students need money for school they borrow from Sallie Mae or go to their nearest bank for a loan. Apparently, in China, an “IOU” translates to something different.

According to The Sun, it’s normal for college women to contact a peer to peer lending company for quick cash. But, in exchange, they submit nude selfies. The pictures were said to be used only for collateral with no intentions of actually leaking them–unless these girls default on their debts!

Turns out, several sources say thousands of these private pics are now popping up on the internet. Some are marked “nude selfie IOU.”  So far, there’s no word on who has leaked the selfies.
