OXNARD, CA -- The NFL is one of the most violent sports in the world, right? So, it shouldn't be too much of a surprise when a fight breaks out between a bunch of alpha males.

That's exactly what happened Tuesday during a practice between the Cowboys and the Rams. The fight didn't go well for the Cowboys new $70 million man who was punched in the face while his helmet was off.

The brawl caused Dez Bryant to lose one of his famous diamond earrings. But no worries, the rock was eventually found and returned to Dez.

This fight comes on the heels of an NFL crackdown on fighting, but the renewed emphasis doesn't involve any punishment for fights in training camps. The recent string of fights raises the issue of sportsmanship, not only between teams but between players in the locker room.

Jets QB Geno Smith is set to miss up to 10 weeks after getting his jaw broken in two places by a teammate who was later cut from the team.

Hey fellas, for the sake of sportsmanship and Dez's earrings, can't we all just get along?
