Pico de Gallo:
3 tomatoes seeded and diced
½ cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup minced red onion
½ jalapeno, minced (seeds removed to cut down on spiciness as desired)
½ lime, juiced
1 clove garlic, pressed
Salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss well.
