Redbird Walmart on Wheatland Rd. closing after over 30 years in business

It’s not everyday you hear about Walmart getting smaller, but recently the company announced the Walmart at 3155 W. Wheatland Road in Dallas will be closing.

The last day is slated to be April 26.

The company says it’s all business and that the store is unprofitable.

400 people work at the store and were told about the closure on Wednesday.
