ARLINGTON, TX — There was a big announcement at AT&T Stadium Tuesday. And no, it wasn’t the NFL admitting it was wrong about the Dez call.

The announcement concerned another subject that brought out Hulk Hogan himself. It was the official reveal that Jerry’s World will host WrestleMania 32.

Hogan lived up to his reputation as the ultimate pitchman.

“You guys have to be here because it’s going be so exciting. It’s going to be so crazy! It’ll be a memory that’ll last a lifetime.”

The news is sure to leave some WWE fans speechless, but can the stadium handle the massive international WrestleMania crowd?

Well, this isn’t the stadium’s first rodeo, literally. Along with rodeos, the stadium has hosted some of the biggest events in sports entertainment, a list that includes the Super Bowl.

The stadium even has WWE superstar John Cena excited. “Our production manager is actually behind the scenes and I gave him a pat on the back and said I can’t wait to see what you do with this place.”

This is the first time the WWE is bringing its most-watched event of the year to North Texas. They’re expecting more than 100,000 fans from all 50 states and more than 30 countries.

The week-long celebration will generate more than $100 million for DFW.

“We have been ready and we’ve proven that over and over again with all the big events,” Arlington Mayor Robert Cluck said.

So, DFW is ready to rumble! Let the mania begin!
