CHANHASSEN, MN - Pretty soon being able to visit the home of a Rock n` Roll Hall of Famer will be as easy as a walk in a park, Paisley Park to be exact.

Yep, Prince`s private estate and studio complex located in a Minneapolis suburb will be open to the public. In fact, the media spokesman for the estate will be the same company that handles media for Graceland, the home of the late Elvis Presley.

It`s hoped that tours of prince`s home will draw the same amount of interest as Elvis` property, which draws more than 500,000 visitors a year; an estimated yearly $150 million impact for the city of Memphis.

According to Prince`s family opening paisley park as a public museum was always a goal of his. The tours will include access to rehearsal rooms, concert wardrobe as well as musical instruments. No word on if fans will be able to shoot hoops on the basketball court made famous by the well-known Chappelle’s Show skit.

If you want to make plans on seeing the estate for yourself tickets go on sale here Friday; tours begin October 6th.
