FORT WORTH -- Every day at the Fort Worth Omni Hotel employee cafeteria, the menu is posted on a chalk board along with a side of inspiration.
Tristan McJimson's co-workers look forward to his pearls of wisdom. Before long, McJimson's messages went viral on the chalk board.
"Everybody just kept on coming back for more and more. They wouldn't even care about what's on the menu," McJimson told NewsFix. "They only care about what was on here."
Friday, his boss and fellow workers showed up to thank Tristan as he posted his 1,000th message on the menu. It took him more than two years to write 1,000 handwritten gems that his co workers say they can't live without.
