Admit it, how do you feel about someone who wins the lottery?  Hate? Jealousy? Well, there's a new 'gazillionaire' you can love to hate or hate to love.

Marie Holmes from North Carolina claims to have one of the three winning Powerball tickets from this week's more than $500 million jackpot.

The two other winning tickets were sold in Princeton, northeast of Dallas, and in Puerto Rico. We have not heard from who's holding those tickets, but Holmes is talking.

Holmes is a 26-year-old mother of four. One of the kids reportedly has Cerebral Palsy, so it sounds like her $188 million cut will be put to good use.

"I'm thankful that I can bless my kids with something that I didn't have," Holmes said.

She`ll need financial advice, but here's sound advice, maybe she should have laid low, because now everyone knows you're gonna be loaded and you'll never know who's lurking nearby with their hand out.

"We rich! We rich! WOOOO HOOO!!"
