ALBANY, OR-- You might've heard of goat milk, goat milk soap or even Goat Boy -- but have you ever heard of Goat Yoga?

We're not talking about the "Greatest Of All Time" yoga class, either. Just imagine doing a downward dog surrounded by a farm full of goats.

According to Modern Farmer Magazine, Goat Yoga wasn't made for the animals. It was designed for humans who want to find themselves in a unique way.

During practice, Nigerian Dwarf, Pygmy, and Boer goats walk around and sometimes on students backs! Apparently, the instructors at No Regrets Farm in Albany aren't regretting it. The class has become such a hit, some yogis drive over 100 miles just to yoga pose with the goats.

Who would've ever guessed it?!  Goat Yoga is catching on!

Don't Miss
