Food Network’s “The Great Food Truck Race” is hitting the road once again.

And this summer, they’re doing things Southern-style.

That’s right! And Mr Po’s Boys from Dallas are joining the food-truck challenge with their Louisiana-style sandwiches.

They’re one of seven teams competing for the $50,000 grand prize.

Cedrick McCoy and Ryan Thompson said, “We did a spin-off show called “The Great Food Truck Rally” and we ended up winning that. And then they called us back and said, ‘how would you guys like being on the big show?'”

So they got their third member, Esther Torres, on board and hit the road!

The competition kicked off in New Orleans , where they met the six other teams, and their dream food trucks.

” New Orleans was a crazy place, totally different,” Cedrick McCoy and Ryan Thompson said.

The teams also hit-up Alabama, Florida, Tennessee and Georgia – where one team will be awarded the grand prize.

Well, you don’t have to wait too long to find out who goes home with a big chunk of cash, the show will premiere on Sunday, August 20 on The Food Network.
