MILWAUKEE — Well, a Wisconsin man sure has been busy. Armond Curry is 36… with 17 kids… and he’s wanted by cops because he hasn’t paid child support for any of them.
Curry goes by the hip-hop stage name “Money G Allstar Mack.” One of the women who has several children with Mr. Money is coming to his defense and says police have it all wrong.
“He’s not a bad father, he’s a great father,” Antoinette James told Fox6 Now. “Their brothers and sisters come to my house and interact with my kids. I go pick them up or let them go over to their brother and sister’s house. They all know their father and know how good a father he is.”
Milwaukee County District Attorney Bill Berens said many of Curry’s children are on public assistance.
“The State of Wisconsin doesn’t have to support other people’s children,” Berens said.
When cops catch up to Curry, if convicted, he faces 3 ½ years in prison for each of the 17 felony counts against him.
