NEW YORK CITY -- Words about race written by Tupac to Madonna in a recently released break up letter might've been a surprise for fans. But, while we're having our "oh no he didn't moment" Madonna's mad at someone else -- and it' ain't Pac.

Yeah she's suing the person who's auctioning off the letter and other "personal items" worth thousands. The pop-singer reportedly filed a request for a temporary hold on the auction.

According to TMZ, that person is Madonna's former friend and art consultant, Darlene Lutz. Madonna says Lutz went behind her back to gain these prized possessions.

It's all been pulled from an auction site, which included Pac's letter, a pair of Madonna's (non-virgin) panties, a few pics, and another note allegedly addressed to actor John Enos.

In it, she allegedly calls Whitney Houston and Sharon Stone "horribly mediocre."

Madonna isn't just some "material girl," so we can all probably guess why she wouldn't want these "things" in the hands of total strangers.
