DALLAS (KDAF) — Chances are you have seen someone carrying around a jug of water, telling you that you need to drink more water.
With more people today focusing on their physical health, more are wondering how much water they should be drinking in a day. And the answers you find when searching Google don’t seem to be all that helpful.

“Cooper Clinic in Dallas provides patients an individualized, in-depth picture of their health, an action plan to improve it and their test results—all in less than a day,” as their website states.
