The only thing better than a good meal is getting it for free. Our friends at Dose compiled a list of all the ways you can snag some free grub.

Pizza Hut

Nothing goes better with a Pizza Hut pizza than their amazing Cheese Sticks. So, when you go to order online, don’t use your regular email address, instead, set up a temporary account at 10 Minute Mail and then sign up at Pizza Hut’s site for Hut Lovers. After signing up, you’ll get a code for free cheese sticks. Just do this each time you order and you’ll always get free cheese sticks!

IHOP

There’s almost no point in going to IHOP without getting their pancakes. And if you want to get a free plate of Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘N Fruity, just sign up to become part of the Pancake Revolution at IHOP.com. Within 24 hours, you’ll have your free pancake coupon and each year on your birthday and the anniversary of your sign up date, you’ll get the same coupon!

Benihana

At Benihana where dinner is the show, you can get your grub on for free! Just sign up on their website for The Chef’s Table and say the current month is your birthday month. Do that and you’ll get a $30 gift certificate!

Ruby Tuesday

Next time you want to eat at Ruby Tuesday, but don’t want to pay for dinner and a starter, just sign up on their website for the So Connected club, and simply stretch the truth about your birthday. Before you know it, you’ll have a coupon for a free burger and appetizer.

Red Robin

One of the best loyalty programs out there is the Red Robin Red Royalty program. Register online and not only can you get a free burger immediately, but you get $20 every sixth visit and every 10th item is free! Try and beat that.

Jersey Mike’s Subs

If you love sandwiches, then you know of Jersey Mike’s. And if you want a free sub and a free drink, just sign up for the Shore Points card online. Also, make sure to take advantage of their double-point days and watch out for more coupons in their emails!

Qdoba

Qdoba might be one of the few Mexican food places where you have to pay for chips and salsa. That is, until you sign up for their rewards program. Spend a couple of minutes online signing up and you will get a coupon for free chips & salsa! No-brainer!

TGI Friday’s

What’s better than ending your week at TGI Fridays? Maybe doing it with a free appetizer or dessert?!? Just sign up online for their Give Me More Stripes membership and you’ll automatically get a coupon for just that!

Red Lobster

Another restaurant rewarding you for spending some time online is Red Lobster, where signing up for their Fresh Catch Club gets you a free appetizer or dessert plus a surprise offer on your birthday! Cheesy biscuits for everyone!

Dunkin’ Donuts

Dunkin’ Donuts likes to think they’re America’s favorite coffee – and if you want to get some for free, simply sign up for DD Perks and get a free drink at sign up and on your birthday! Drink well!

Six Flags

This one’s a bonus because it’s not technically a restaurant and it’s not technically free.  Amusement parks are awesome, but paying for them isn’t. The food and drink prices there seem to be aimed at bankrupting you. But did you know employees of Six Flags get special, low-low prices in their own, secret food court? Every Six Flags has a secret food court, usually hidden in the center of the park where you can get food at a price that almost seems reasonable! It takes a little work to find. They’re usually hidden behind some attractions, games and rides.
