PUERTO CASADO, Paraguay – The debate over climate change, also known as global warming, is still a hot topic. That’s especially true after a blogger’s claim that weather watchers are cooking the books by artificially increasing temperatures collected during the past half-century.
Blogger Paul Homewood says the data from a weather station in Paraguay show a steady temperature increase of 2.7 degrees Fahrenheit since the 1960s. But apparently, the raw numbers show a decrease in temperatures over the same period.
