PLANO -- 15 days, countless searches and still no sign of Christina Morris.
The 23-year-old from Fort Worth vanished over Labor Day weekend. She was hanging with her friends at the Shops at Legacy in Plano.
Questions in her case continue to mount; the evidence, as of now, is still limited.
The only solid clue is grainy surveillance video. It shows Morris walking into a parking garage at the Shops at Legacy at 3:57 AM. She's seen walking with a man described as a high school friend. The two go separate ways. He made it to his car, Morris never did. That was the last time she was seen alive.
Since then, her mother, cops and scores of volunteers have spanned the streets and the skies looking for Morris.
Now, Morris’ mom, Jonni McElroy, tells NewsFix Texas Equusearch suspended its search by air on Sunday. The tactical team is now pouring over hundreds of pictures captured by its ‘Super Bat.’
McElroy says Plano P-D assures her this case is still a priority, and she remains hopeful.
Monday begins a new week, and a new game plan, for a mom desperate for answers and relentless in her efforts to find them.
