FRISCO -- From the physics of tackling, all the way down to the balance of cheerleading -- there’s a whole lot of science behind America’s number one sport.

Now, you can tour all the need-to-know scientific secrets at Frisco’s Sci-Tech Discovery Center’s newest Football exhibit.

“The kids love it, they love as being something different, and it’s not your normal museum,” Michael Clark said.

The 3,000 square foot display includes 25 hands-on interactive exhibits for inquiring minds to explore. The idea is to breakdown the components of the game, beyond the ball.

“We do have several different pieces of the exhibit that deal with the physiology pf the body, your muscle group and how they help coordinate throwing the ball," Clark said.

Hey, maybe this exhibit could help sideline concussions, and keep kids safe on the field. See kids, science really is an important subject.
