The dreaded flu season has started. And right now is the time to think about prevention.

According to the CDC, even in a mild year the flu kills about 12,000 Americans each year, and when its really bad can kill up to 56,000! That's very scary.

Joining us today is Dr. Jessica Shepherd from Baylor University Medical Center to tell us about this years strain of the flu and what we can do to stay healthy.
