WASHINGTON, DC -- Ever eat at a new restaurant and find your food to be subpar? You might feel disappointed or maybe even angry. And these days, dissatisfied customers often mean a bad Yelp review for a business.
Well, now Yelp has decided to open up the world of star ratings to include government agencies.
Have a bad experience in line at the airport with TSA? You can rate them. Is your state representative doing a great job in your district? You can rate that too!
Yelp says those agencies will be able to receive feedback from customers just like most bars and restaurants do now.
That deserves five stars!
Question is, who's going to have time to sift through all those complaints?
