SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — Health officials say an unidentified man had the measles when he may have exposed tens of thousands of people last week in and around San Francisco. It happened on the Bay Area Rapid Transit System, the BART, when he commuted to and from work at LinkedIn, the social media site for professionals making connections, an irony in itself. He also ate at the E & O Asian Kitchen in San Francisco. California health officials now say the state has 110 confirmed cases of measles, as of Wednesday.
