UPDATE: The trial for Enrique Arochi has been moved to June 2016; the trial was originally set for November 30, 2015. At a hearing Wednesday morning, a Collin County judge delayed the trial to allow time for DNA processing of hair strands found in a shop vacuum in September.

PLANO, Texas—“I don’t know anything about the disappearance of Christina Morris,” Enrique Arochi told NewsFix in an October 31 interview. However, a Collin County grand jury says there's enough evidence to indict and send this man to trial.

In a surveillance video, Enrique Arochi is seen walking 23-year-old Christina Morris to this parking garage at The Shops of Legacy. It's been seven months since anyone's seen her.

Enrique was indicted March 10.  The indictment said he abducted Christina with the intent of inflicting bodily injury, abducting, violate or sexually abusing, terrorizing her, and holding her in a place where she was not likely to be found.

“It was good to know that next step has been taken, but it really doesn’t provide us any comfort or peace or anything, because our goal is to find Christina,” stepmother Anna Morris said.

He was also indicted for five counts of sexual assault of a child. That’s a separate case where he’s accused of having a six-month relationship with a 16-year-old when he was 22.

Christina’s family says they are not surprised at the news that Enrique plans to plead not guilty to Christina’s case.

“With all of the lies that he’s told, it’s not surprising that he would continue that same lie,” stepsister Sarah Estes added.

The family spent Wednesday like they spend most days—putting up flyers, praying for a clue—something to lead them to Christina.

“I’d love to be able to see her on the other side of a glass wall.  We don’t have that.  We are begging him to tell us where our daughter is.”

Come home, Christina.
