KENOSHA, WI – Jill Biens played the part of hero with her quick thinking and action. While on a casino tour bus hurtling down the interstate in Kenosha, Wisconsin, she started yelling at the bus driver. “I turned to yell at him like ‘What are you doing?’ and I realized no one was there,” she said. That’s when Biens took matters into her own hands and slid behind the wheel.
