MORNING AFTER (CW33/KDAF) — Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy focuses on attention and alternating bilateral visual, auditory and tactile stimulation.

EMDR has been successful in treating disturbing memories, panic attacks, addictions, stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD.
