Deadly Drive: Five Killed, 12 Injured on I-30 in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH, TX — It was a dangerous and deadly moring on Interstate-30 in Fort Worth.

Charred concrete and tire tracks are a grim reminder of what unfolded on a stretch of 30 near Oakland Boulevard and Beach Street.

Five people died and 12-others were injured when Fort Worth cops say a big rig and about 10-other cars crashed and burned.

MedStar headed to the scene at 2:30 in the morning, according to a tweet posted on Twitter.

Cops are still trying to figure out what caused the deadly accident.
