The holiday season is the season for family, friends, and togetherness. And for kids, their focus is on the gifts they’ll be getting. However, giving gifts is just as fun as giving them. So, this year, why not focus on some people who give to kids all year? Their teachers.
Making a nice gift bag for a teacher isn’t a difficult thing to do. First, go to the dollar store, or the dollar section at your local Target. Go there because most kids have more than one teacher, and if you’re not careful, things can get expensive, quickly.
Next, pick out a few things — some candy canes, chocolate, some awesome socks or gloves, a new mug — anything they thing their teacher will like. Also, make sure you get the bag for the present, as well.
When you get home, make the card yourself. It doesn’t have to be elaborate or fancy — just from the heart.
For an extra little flourish, wrap some ribbon into bows around the gifts and then put everything into the bag.
And there you go — a lovely, and touching gift for a deserving teacher.
