ARLINGTON, TX- The 50th annual Academy of Country Music Awards is calling AT&T Stadium home this weekend and boasting the largest live award show ever!

You know everything is bigger in Texas, right?

We’re talking 26 different live performances in three hours!

Sunday’s All-Star award show will be hosted by country hunks Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton.

“To me, Dallas — I mean we could argue about this all day — but to me this is like the mecca of country music fans,” Blake Shelton said.

But fans don’t have to wait until Sunday to rope and ride, the ACM’s are throwing their Party for a Cause event Friday and Saturday at Globe Life Park.

You can expect big names like Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan and the Eli Young Band to take the stage.

Organizers are expecting about 95,000 people to saddle up and ride into north Texas for the festivities, and putting this event together has been no small feat.

“We started loading in on March 18th — is when our crews hit the ground here and started rigging,” said ACM CEO Bob Romeo.

Country music’s biggest night promises to be a blast, so come on down and kick back.
