FRISCO, TX —  The Collin County Medical Examiner has confirmed Sumeet and Pallavi Dhawan are the people found dead inside their home Wednesday afternoon; cause of death is still unclear.

Frisco police confirmed the two were found dead at the home where a mom is accused of murdering her 10-year-old son back in January.

911 dispatchers were called to the Dhawan residence Wednesday afternoon in the 15000 block of Mountain View Lane for a possible drowning. When police arrived, they found an adult dead in the pool and a second adult dead inside the home.

Pallavi Dhawan, who was charged with killing her son, Arnav lived at the home with her husband, Sumeet. They have always maintained her innocence.

Mrs. Dhawan wrote a six-page affidavit detailing her son’s medical history and why she kept his body covered with bags of ice in a bathtub.

A judge ordered  Frisco PD to release Arnav’s medical records which revealed he suffered from a brain cyst that could possibly lead to seizures.
