DALLAS -- Old artists are dropping new music! Not old in age, old in the industry!

De La Soul released their first album in 12 years titled and the Anonymous Nobody, which debuted third on the Billboards top R&B and Hip Hop albums. They have been consistently innovative since their 1989 album 3 Feet High and Rising.  This is their eighth album and it features Snoop Dogg, Jill Scott, Usher, Pete Rock and more. Once again, they`ve proved that De La Soul is not dead!

Nas has also come back to life with a music video for the Nas and DJ Khaled collaboration called Nas Album Don. The nine-minute video begins with a conversation between DJ Khaled and Ox, the character played by dance hall legend Louie Rankin in the movie Belly. In the video,  they discuss a plan to uplift the youth. Yet, it transitions back to Nas and Khaled on beaches, indulging in various luxuries and beautiful women, then back to the conversation about uplifting the youth!  Well, nonetheless it`s a great song and entertaining video to say the least.

And we can`t forget about the new a Tribe Called Quest album that was recorded before the passing of Phife Dawg. There are no new details other than it`s coming and hip hop heads can`t wait

Don't Miss
