DALLAS - We all know Dallas for its World Famous Skyline. And the rest, we learned from the TV show. But Dallas has some deep, dark secrets. Now you've got the chance to learn about them firsthand at the new Dallas Municipal Archives Vault.

Conspiracy buffs can look at the Dallas Police Department's collection of files from the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Or go back a few more decades and check out DPD's files on Bonnie and Clyde.

Mayor Rawlings was on hand Wednesday for the vault's opening, and so was former Dallas Mayor Wes Wise.

Both mayors and other guests from the City Council took a tour of the vault, which includes documents, photographs, and other historical objects from all departments of the city's government.

Yeah, Dallas has changed a lot over the last century and a half.  Now we can get a closer look at the past while we head into the city's future.
