ARLINGTON — Earlier in the week, we brought you the story of Blossom, the tortured five-month-old kitty, found near AT&T Stadium with severe burns from her face to her ears.

Well, vets at the Humane Society of North Texas were able to help this fragile feline recover.

Now the focus has turned to who would do a horrible thing to an innocent animal. The Murrell Foundation has offered a $5,650 reward in addition to a good Samaritan’s $250 donation for info that leads to an arrest.

The Human Society anticipates Blossom will need another three to four weeks to fully recover from her burns.

In the meantime, Blossom will be living in a foster home where she can finish her treatment and recovery.

Do you have a sweet spot for this sweet cat? Well, once this kitty is good as new she’ll enter into the humane society’s adoption program to find her purr-fect home.

Looks like Blossom is blooming, despite a little adversity.
