ARLINGTON -- Someone in Arlington who wanted drugs - apparently wanted to go right to the source: a drug store.  But when the suspect didn't get what they wanted, the suspect shot the pharmacist. It happened at Remco Pharmacy on West Division street.

"We don`t have any information on her, she just entered the store and demanded the drugs and once the pharmacy didn't produce them she shot him," said Sgt. Vanessa Harrison of the Arlington Police Department.

The story took a twist late Wednesday afternoon after cops said they think the shooter was actually a man who was dressed like a woman.

Police say the man got away driving a white Nissan Versa or Sentra 4-door passenger car but did not get away with any drugs. They say the pharmacist was the only person hurt during the holdup.
