UPDATE: American Airlines Ground Stop Lifted

DALLAS —  Problem solved. The ground stop issued for American Airlines has been lifted.

American is now working to get flights back on schedule after a computer issue forced nearly two hours of delays Thursday afternoon at DFW Airport and several other airports across the nation.

It’s unclear exactly what caused the computer issue.
