WASHINGTON, D.C. – For the third time, President Obama’s Affordable Care Act is going before the Supreme Court with the future of health care hanging in the balance. Supreme Court justices will hear oral arguments in the King v. Burwell lawsuit with the focus on whether the millions of people who receive tax subsidies to pay for health insurance are doing so illegally.
