MORNING AFTER (CW33/KDAF) — Shoshana Chaim, wellness expert and author, wanted to create a resource that would be accessible and fun for children to learn what to do when they’re feeling overwhelmed.

Her book I Am a Peaceful Goldfish is designed for families to use at home to introduce children to mindfulness and breathing techniques that will help them calm down.
