DON’T HAVE A MELTDOWN MONDAY (KDAF) — The global impact of COVID-19 on mental health is apparent.

A new study shows people coping with major depressive disorder increased 30 percent over the last year. Many people are struggling with depression and anxiety. And stress at work may be a contributing factor.
