Busy with a career and family? An MBA is still possible, here’s how

Morning After

Getting an MBA may be something you’ve always wanted to do, but a busy career and family life make it seem like an impossible task. Fortunately, programs like Global Leadership Executive MBA (Glemba) at UT Dallas make it possible.

Instead of a full-onslaught of many courses at once, the GLEMBA lets you take it at a manageable pace. “So you take courses one at a time,” says Monica Powell, Sr. Associate Dean at UTD, “the courses aren’t extremely long, lasting a couple of months. You complete the degree when you hit the 53 credit mark, and you’ll have an MBA added to your portfolio credentials for you out in the marketplace.”

She says the program allows you to balance kids, your upward mobility, and your job all while getting an MBA. On average, students take about two years to complete the program.

If you’re looking for options to advance your career and would like to learn more about the GLEMBA program, sign up for an upcoming webinar here.

The GLEMBA program was ranked No. 16 in the world by QS Quacquarelli Symonds and No. 5 among U.S. programs in its QS Online MBA Rankings 2021 released April 21. Fortune ranked GLEMBA No. 36 overall and No. 20 among public schools in its Best Online MBA Programs 2021 covering U.S. programs.
