Washington state may legalize human compost

Here's a new way to go green and really....connect...with the earth.

Washington state may become the first to legalize using human remains as compost.

A bill allowing for "natural organic reduction" AKA human composting is headed towards Gov. Jay Inslee's and is expected to pass.

This would take up less space than burial and result in less carbon emissions than cremation.
