New Texas child support laws in effect September 1

Big changes for people who pay and receive child support. Two new laws are going into place Saturday, September 1.

The first change will be for those who pay child support. They will now have to cover their children's dental insurance and expenses.

For those who receive child support, restrictions will go into place on when child support can be modified.
