EAST TEXAS - An investigation continues into how two Boy Scouts were electrocuted and killed while sailing in East Texas.

Investigators say the boys' sailboat hit a power line on Lake O' the Pines Saturday afternoon, causing the electrocution.

"There are always sailboats on this lake but I've never heard anything about a sailboat being struck by a power line, so that's kind of my first reaction was 'how did that even happen' because I don't really understand," a witness said.

Another boy was injured in the incident and was airlifted to the hospital.
